I am a Gen X woman who, in 2021, said, “no more” and quit my job to take some time off and travel the world. Yes, I was terrified in the beginning but I don’t let fear define me or discourage me from doing things I want to do. It had to be done for the sake of my mental health.
I originally created this website to share my sabbatical adventures but since it is over, I didn’t want to shut it down. People still find my videos and my posts interesting and helpful. So, this is the after sabbatical website and my continued quest to live a sabbatical life, where I am living my life, not burnt out, location independent and free to travel where and when I want… and of course, I share that with you.
